Clinics For Particular Conditions

We run special clinics for Diabetes, Asthma, Heart Disease Prevention, Smoking Cessation and Babies & Toddlers clinics.  Times and appointments are available from reception.

 

Maternity Services

Expectant mothers can self refer for Maternity services. Self referral forms are available on the referring yourself section of the website, or you can of course come into reception and pick up a form and an Emma's Diary pack with a selection of vouchers and freebies.

If preferred you are welcome to make an appointment to see a GP for antenatal shared care checks.

 

Contraception Services

Consultations on all forms of contraception including intrauterine contraception and family planning including emergency contraception and sexual health.  All information revealed will be in the strictest confidence.
